Do You Know What Product You Want?

Do you want specific item or bespoke product that are made to your requirements?
( If you need bespoke then please allow plenty of time, estimate 8-12 weeks for development work including draughts,etc)

Do you have a brief to work towards and would you like us to present ideas to you?

Do you need us to mock up visuals and get guide prices at this stage? Or do you want a detailed quotation?

Quantity We need this information as all factories set minimum order quantities (MOQ).

Budget The budget available will help us identify whether the project is viable before we begin our detailed research.

Artwork Forward planning artwork would be a great help, formats needed are Illustrator CS (ai), (EPS) or PDF and all fonts are outline and all images embedded. This will enable the factories to get the artwork spot on.

Samples, pre-production and production samples, how many? Do you need to run a press campaign before you release the product to the market place, will you need photo ready samples/ pre-production samples.

Packaging Does the premium need special packing, packaging or packing off, from shipping cartons, protective packaging, food-grade standards, poly bags to gift boxes. We will need information such as, printed artwork, label requirements, and bar codes,etc.

Fulfilment Do you need fulfilment for the premium? Any additional mail packaging required, any particular assembly instructions, despatch methods required, and storage parameters. Information such as size or weight restrictions for UK postage, etc. is important.

Delivery and Palletisation A Post code is needed for delivery addresses. A delivery and palletisation specification for your receiving warehouse is required.

Finance & Payment Finance is a significant part of the cost of any premium, options to consider are:
Full payment with order, 50% with order: 50% on delivery, transferable Letters of Credit, cash against documents, payment on delivery to the client or its fulfilment centre.

Limitations/tolerances Manufacturing tolerances need agreeing before hand. if there are any specific requirements please provide information.
