We offer innovative development opportunities across a comprehensive portfolio of products. We provide a full service and efficient manufacturing service that offers a comprehensive product development service from conceptual ideas with design support, through technical analysis and advice, to shelf ready marketable product. This includes wets through to the gift and gift packaging. Our contracted factories and our own fulfiment operation achieve the very highest standards of hygiene, quality and efficiency. Production lines are geared to accommodate high volumes with the flexibility to adapt to smaller specialised production runs. Our facilties enable us to provide a readiness that can be expressed as a sprint finish in regards to the speed of our response to our clients volume changes. We can provide any of these services as a part or as a whole.

Supply Chain: IMI's supply chain provide a full supporting role for all our customers, from white label, to gift sets and on-shelf manufacturing of packaging.
Asian sourcing:Our chinese speaking purchasing team brings a vast array of experience from many commodity markets including raw materials, fabric, plastics, glass and paper/board. The team have extensive knowledge of our supply partners capabilities, encouraging our suppliers to regularly bring new and innovative items to the table. Our buyers deliver cost effective solutions to our customers. Sources of supply are initiated through our presence at exhibitions and trade fairs and assistance from our supply partners. All new suppliers are professionally audited to ensure integrity of supply. Quality Assurance We use independent testing organisation's such as SGS, ITS and Intertek to carry out inspections. All our goods are certified and tested to AQL level 4 major and 2.4 minor as standard. For more specific products we use the appropriate testing measures eg. fumigation, toxicity, ingredients and label review. We carry out Quality control inspections during production and after production to ensure the goods are made to the correct Quality before leaving the port of origin. This is necessary to make sure we deliver products to the correct standard for all our clients, for every delivery.
