REVLON
Here is a brief, simplified synopsis of the work we do on their behalf across a number of variants.
We receive in bulk stock of Body Sprays, Eau De Toilette, Eau Fraiche, Nail Enamel, tissue, vac trays, customer specific labels, gift boxes and outer packaging.
IMI construct the acetate window gift boxes, insert vac trays and then insert various combinations of the Revlon products.
These gift sets are tamper sealed and batch coded, and we add customer specific labels if required. Six gift sets are finally inserted into a shipper carton and relevant barcode and batch code labels are attached.
These are palletised, shrink wrapped, and delivered into Revlon's warehouse for storage and onward distribution.
KING OF SHAVES - AZOR ASSEMBLY WORK
We receive in bulk stock of the Azor handles with blade cartridges, blade cartridges, empty cartridge trays, handles and trays, clam packs, 2 types of outer sleeves and the final outer packaging.
We insert handles and blade cartridges into the supplied handle trays, which then get inserted into a clam pack for packaging. These clam packs are secured and are inserted into a sleeve.
We attach batch code labels and insert 6 pieces into outer packaging.
The outer packaging is barcoded and more batch code labels are applied. These are palletised and shrink wrapped with appropriate pallet label for collection.
Collection is arranged by IMI with King of Shaves designated hauliers on a regular call off basis.
MARIE CURIE - MINI POTS OF CARE
We were asked by Marie Curie Cancer Care to help them with the Mini Pots of Care fund raising campaign. The campaign was designed to encourage children in Nursery, Primary and Infant Schools to sponsor the growth of a 'daffodil' from bulb to flower and to raise much needed funds for Marie Curie's work, and has been running yearly since 2006 to present day.
Each primary school child receives a daffodil bulb, pot label, plant label, pot wrap that could bear a unique design, and a donation envelope. The teachers received instructions and posters. The children are taught how to plant the bulbs, watch its growth and record it stage by stage.
We were asked to pack and collate all items for each class that requested a number of kits, with some schools having 6 or more kits. Each kit contained the correct amount for pupils participating in the particular class.
Data of names, addresses and quantities required by each participating school was received by IMI and packed accordingly. These were delivered into local despatch depots and distributed around the country.
The campaign response greatly exceeds the client's expectations each year.
